I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, but they felt a bit outdated and could have been better for the price we paid. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, though I did encounter an incident. The location was beautiful with a fantastic overwater bungalow and a private beach, but some areas may need improvements to cater to different cultures. The dining was good overall, but not exceptional for a top-tier resort in the same price range.
